Adding a Document Note or Page Note

  1. Click on the Document Note or Page Note panel to expand it

  2. Click the Add a Docment Note or Page Note Icon button

  3. Add your note

  4. Click on the Security Dropdown icon to select the security for the note

    • Public – All users can see it
    • Personal – Only you will see it
  5. Click the Save Note Icon button to save your changes or the Clear Note Icon to remove the contents of the note and start again

  6. To cancel the addition of the Note, click the Cancel Note Icon button

    NOTE:

    1. The most recent notes will be on the top so they function as more of a conversation log
    2. Users are not able to change another user's note without a special permission
